Campaign supporters have the opportunity to contribute to NETwork in a variety of ways, each offering tax advantages.

Gifts of Cash
An outright gift of cash, for which donors receive an income tax reduction, as allowed by current law.  Checks can be made to NETwork Ministries and sent to PO Box 442, Chambersburg, PA 17201.  Please write “Capital Campaign” in your memo.  Online giving options are also available at PayPal and JustGive.

Key Questions

How is the building being used?
For ministry with kids, of course!  More specifically, the two primary uses are as an Arts Center and a Teen Center.  Within the Arts Center, we have rooms for piano and music lessons, a dance studio, and an art studio.  Within the Teen Center, we have learning areas; space for group activities, games, teaching, and worship; a kitchen; tables games; and plenty of space for doing what teens do best: hanging out!  We’ve also moved most of our offices to this new building, to allow our Kids Club much needed space at our current facilities on Redwood Street, where this program continues to be centered, along with our community garden.

Where is the building located?  Who owns the building?
The building is at 419 Hollywell Avenue, within walking distance of our original facilities and right along the Rail Trail in downtown Chambersburg.  NETwork was given a generous lead gift for this project for the purpose of acquiring the building, and we settled in October 2014.

What needed to be renovated?  How much did this cost?
The building was in need of significant renovation, as it needed gutting, had no HVAC system, needed plumbing and electrical work, an overhaul of most of the windows and doors, new walls built, exterior work, and numerous other repairs.  Estimates from our architects helped us to set our budget for the renovations at $695,000.  We are completing the 419 project in 3 phases, with Phase 1 costing $450,000.  We are thrilled to have had architectural services, construction management, civil engineering, and more being donated to this project!  We formally broke ground at the end of August 2015, and construction began in September 2015.  We completed Phase 1 in October 2016, and began using the main portion of the building then.  We completed Phase 2 (Music lesson rooms + Art studio) in January 2018.  Phase 3 will follow as we have necessary funds raised for each project.

How will the money be raised?
Our board and campaign committee have been actively working to raise the needed funds.  The campaign’s success depends highly on the extraordinary generosity of our community, so we’d appreciate your help with spreading the word.  Please join us in praying that God would provide a way to make this vision a reality!

God will supply every need of yours
according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
